- Includes weekly servicing of 10 common areas of your choice. All bags provided are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Each common area will also receive a zero-emission power wash once per month.

Power Washing:

$12.99 +Tax (Per wash or Per Month)

- Already have the basic service but want one common area power washed? Add this option for a once-per-month power wash of a specific area. or simply just add it to your monthly membership for a weekly power washing for the same price! Perfect for park benches, picnic tables, and dog park play areas!

Pet Park Cleanse:

Starting at $229 +Tax (depending on size of pet park)

- Primarily designed for artificial dog parks, but also suitable for dirt dog parks. We use our zero-emission power washer combined with a gentle spray of environmentally friendly, pet-safe odor-removing soap to thoroughly clean the area. This process effectively eliminates odors, leaving the dog park fresh and welcoming for your residents.

Pet Waste Station:

$279 +Tax

- Single Pet Waste Station (with Solar Light) Includes one pet waste station equipped with a solar-powered light. Installation not included.
